We provide help, support and supervision of day to day tasks, helping our customers to develop the skills necessary to live as independently as possible in their everyday life activities, these support will be at their home either shared or individual arrangement.

Disability Support
Neu Care Pty provide a range of support for people of all age, living in their homes, OOHC, Group homes, this include

- Community participation
Children Services
Our experience drivers and early childhood tutors provide pick up and drop off services to children and offer after school care services.
Clinical Services
The clinical Services team at Neu Care Pty provides therapy Services for people of all ages and ability with a flexible approach which means services are offered when and where you want it.
Community Participation
Neu Care Pty provide a range of social and community coordination including:
- Independent Living and social support in the community
- Short and long term accommodation with 24/7 Support
- Lifestyle skills acquisition
- Provide transportation.
- House hold task.
Plan Management and Support Coordination
At Neu Care Pty, our team of experienced Support coordinators can provide support in accessing the NDIS plan, secure services and prepare for plan review.
We provide support with creating SDA and SIL applications at the same time coordinating your schedules of support and service agreements and other NDIS services all with a flexible approach to suit your needs.
